Brisley Belles

The Brisley Belles meet for a meal evening next Thursday evening at The Bell. If you are joining the Belles for this event and have not yet confirmed with Jane Dykes - please e-mail Jane at janedykes21@icloud.com to confirm your attendance.

The “Brisley Belles” have regrouped in 2017 following the re-opening of the village pub

The Brisley Belles will meet every month - with an organised meal (along the lines of last week) every three months and in the intervening months we have an open 'roll up' session for drinks only. This will mean something organised 4 times a year for which confirmation of numbers in advance will be required and for the informal evenings - just roll up for drinks knowing that some ladies of the village will be there.

These are the dates for your diaries :

Thursday July 13th - Organised Meal
Thursday August 10th - Informal drinks
Thursday September 14th -     Ditto
Thursday October 12th - Organised Meal
Thursday November 9th - Informal drinks

LAUNCH EVENT – 13TH APRIL 2017

There’s nothing like the re-opening of the village pub and the opportunities that flow from it to create a sociable event ! Thursday 13th April was one such event when The “Brisley Belles” met up for the re-launch of a former social group. Twenty two ladies of the village enjoyed a wonderful evening of friendship, food and chatter – which is intended to become a regular fixture and opportunity to meet.  Whilst a number of original “Brisley Babes” were present, it was especially lovely to meet many new faces that have moved into the village in recent years and to make new friends.

A cordial invitation is extended to all Ladies of Brisley to come along and join us at future events. A lively evening for all those present and in the heart of the village – thanks go to Marcus and Amelia and all the staff at The Brisley Bell, for making the evening relaxed and enjoyable.
